What this site collects, why, and how long it is kept.

What we collect as you browse
We record which pages are opened and which contact buttons are clicked, so we can tell which content is useful. No cookie is used for this: a temporary id is kept in your browser and disappears when you close the tab, and your IP address is stored only as a hash made with a key that changes every night and is never saved — so old records cannot be linked to new ones, or to you.
What we collect when you ask for a quote
Your name, phone number, company, the service you asked about and anything you write, along with the page you sent it from and where your visit came from. We use it to answer and follow up on your request. We do not sell it and do not share it with third parties.
Cookies
The site sets no cookies before you agree. If you agree, we run Google Analytics, which sets its own cookies to measure visits. Your choice is stored in a single cookie containing nothing but that choice and its date, kept for six months. If you decline, nothing runs.
How long it is kept
Browsing records are deleted automatically after thirteen months. Quote requests are kept for as long as the business relationship lasts, and you can ask us to delete yours.
Who sees it
Only the SWEST team. The data is stored on a server we run ourselves. The single exception is Google Analytics, if you agreed to it, in which case browsing data reaches Google under their policy.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent at any time. To withdraw it, clear this site’s cookies in your browser and you will be asked again.
